Your agreement for using Relensify services
Welcome to Relensify. By using our site and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
We'll match any UK reglazing price that includes anti-reflection (AR) and covers the same lens type, index, and coatings.
Excludes teaser "from" prices without AR/coatings and excludes frame-type surcharges used by other retailers (we don't charge them). Provide a link or written quote and we'll match it.
Email support@relensify.co.uk with subject "Price Match Request" before placing your order.
Send us a direct link to the competitor's website or a written quote showing the exact specifications and pricing.
The comparison must include the same lens type, index, AR coating, and any additional coatings you're requesting.
Competitor must be a UK-based lens reglazing service. Price match applies to lens specifications only, not shipping charges.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relensify website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Relensify operates as a brand, with lenses supplied by VTI Labs. By accessing or using the Service, placing an order, or clicking "I agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under the laws of England and Wales.
All orders are offers by you to purchase Products pursuant to these Terms. A contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation via email to support@relensify.co.uk. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors or inability to verify your identity or prescription.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when using the Service. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulatory requirement. You must provide a valid prescription from a qualified optometrist.
All content, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Service are the property of Relensify or our licensors. The Relensify brand and associated materials are protected by intellectual property rights. No licence is granted without express written permission.
Our Products are medical devices regulated under the Medical Devices Regulations 2002. We are not a medical provider; you must consult a qualified healthcare professional for any eye health concerns. Lenses are manufactured by VTI Labs to your prescription specifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for direct loss shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. This includes any manufacturing defects handled by our lens supplier VTI Labs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms.
We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to protect your rights.
Prescription lenses made to your specifications are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, you retain full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or mis-described products.
If lenses are faulty, not as described, or don't match your prescription, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, repair, or replacement. VTI Labs covers all manufacturing defects. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
While custom lenses are exempt from mandatory cooling-off rights, we offer a discretionary 14-day return window for non-faulty items. Lenses must be unused and in pristine condition. Contact support@relensify.co.uk to request approval.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving returned items. Standard orders take 10–14 days to manufacture; orders with advanced coatings may take up to 21 days. Quality issues are resolved free of charge.
We provide free standard UK shipping and tracked returns for all lens services.
Include your prescription and order reference number
Standard lens orders take 10–14 working days from receipt of frames and prescription. Orders with advanced coatings may take up to 21 working days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.
We dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24® or equivalent tracked service. All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. Shipping estimates exclude processing times and begin from when we receive your frames.
International orders incur additional shipping fees calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and not included in our pricing.
Contact support@relensify.co.uk immediately if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We will liaise with carriers to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.
